Does the engine speed agree with
the tachometer reading?

Check the meter harness A 10A fuse
(P. 18-28).
Is the fuse blown?
NO
Check the meter harness A.
Is it normal?
YES
Check the main wire harness.
Is it normal?
YES
Check the handle cable or remote
control cable A and B.
Are they normal?
YES
Replace the tachometer.
Does the engine speed agree with
the tachometer reading?
NO
Replace the ECM with a new one and
recheck.
