For 15 oz of Yukon Gold potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1) Dice potatoes into 1" cubes and place on half sheet

pan.
2) Season the potatoes with salt, spices, and olive oil. Mix
thoroughly.
3) Roast for 20 min depending on the size, stirring
halfway through the cooking process.
4) Garnish with fresh herbs for color and serve
immediately.
