Diagnosis
The converter has a status LED that indicates if any operational failure occurs. The table below indicates the kind of
failure and its possible cause.

Description
No 24 V power supply.
Auto-test active or 24 V source present, but power
supply not OK.
Brake opening without release (only with S2/2 =
LIG).
24 V source and power supply OK, but no release
signal.
Cyclic data exchange with communication error.
Motor in operation.
The activation reached the current limit.
Check the 24 Vdc energy source.
Make sure that a dc signal with a low ripple level is
present (max. residual ripple) 13%).
Voltage too high in intermediate circuit.
Rotation monitoring error (only with S2/4 = LIG).
Selection of the incorrect motor-converter - MM03 -
DT71D4 ∆.
CPU error.
EEPROM error.
Over current at output stage.
High temperature at output stage.
Too high temperature in the motor. Incorrect motor-
