D. Proportional decrease arrow of the Air–Fuel mixture: while keeping the decrease
arrow button clicked, the quantity of air or fuel of the flame decreases, which
follows the proportion established in Ciber's restricted access screens;
E. Configuration: when this button is pushed it will open a window with the burner
calibration parameters. This window has the purpose of calibrating the burner's
parameters as described below;
F. Calibration - operation: by pressing this button you can switch between "Operation
- Calibration". When pressed the button is in calibration mode and when not
pressed the button is in operation mode.
Fuel: this field depends on the operating mode. For each mode, the field has a use
as described below:
Operation: in this mode the field only has the function of displaying the
percentage of the fuel opening, which is given by the fuel curve. The curve is
given by the equation inserted by the technicians on the Ciber restricted
access screen.
Calibration: in this mode it is a field for inputting data and where it is possible to
type in the amount of fuel desired in percentage terms. It is by this field that the
burner's fuel curve is done and variations are made until the ideal curve is
reached. The calibration procedure requires special equipment to analyze the
fuel burning by means of the gases coming out of the chimney.
Air: this field depends on the operating mode. For each mode, the field has a use
as described below:
