BURNER BRULEUR
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Improper spraying due to:
Oil is not pre-heated enough
Improper mixture of the combustion
components (too much fuel)
Nozzle or combustion chamber
clogged
Too much air.
Drop of temperature with the increase
of fuel.
Too much fuel.
Oil temperature oscillates.
Lack of exhaust.
Valve plugged.
Poor spraying.
CAUSES POSSIBLES
Atomisation inadéquate due à :
préchauffage insuffisant de l'huile ;
mélange incorrect des composants
de la combustion (excès de
combustible) ;
obstruction du bec ou de la chambre
de combustion.
Excès d'air.
Baisse de température avec
augmentation de combustible.
Excès de combustible.
Variation de la température de
l'huile ;
exhaustion insuffisante ;
obstruction du clapet ;
mauvaise atomisation.
SOLUTIONS
Increase oil temperature.
Check oil pressure.
Remove the burner and inspect the
nozzle holes.
Reduce fuel flow.
Lower the quantity of air.
Reduce flame length.
Increase the quantity of air.
Adjust the air/fuel mixture.
Adjust the temperature.
Adjust the exhaust fan.
Check all the other items.
SOLUTIONS
Augmentez la température de
l'huile ;
Vérifiez la pression de l'huile ;
retirez le brûleur et inspectez les
orifices du bec ;
réduisez le débit de combustible.
Diminuez la quantité d'air ;
diminuez la longueur de la flamme.
Augmentez la quantité d'air.
Réglez le mélange air/combustible.
Réglez la température ;
réglez l'exhausteur ;
vérifiez tous les autres éléments.
